The 2022 edition of the Ibero-American Advertising Festival (FIAP) keeps pace with the industry’s evolution and for that reason has enriched its categories. This year the spaces dedicated to Covid-19 have expanded their range to all the healthcare fields and establishes the category of New Business and Creativity in NFTs, among others. Festival CEO Daniel Marcet noted that this year the categories are not only renewed, but have seen the launch of widespread innovation in formats, content, technology and production. “Yes, along with the addition of the category of Creativity in NFTs, which includes areas defined as art, generative art, PFP collections and music,” he said. Marcet added that “it’s another way that FIAP drives creatives to use new technologies as a way of communicating and relating.” In addition, the festival maintains its alliance with the most important circles and individual creatives of the region, while boosting its presence in such countries as Colombia, Ecuador and Chile. “We seek to keep promoting and honoring the finest creativity in the region,” Marcet said. FIAP will take place virtually on October 6 of this year. For more information see www.fiapawards.com.
