The Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA) elected four members to its Board of Directors: Daisy Expósito-Ulla, Lee Vann, Sandra Alfaro and Gonzalo Del Fa. They will be substituting Leo Olper, Alain Groenendaal, Al Aguilar and Danielle Gonzales, and will be working with to support the organization’s strategic plan, to drive Hispanic marketing as a key corporate imperative linked to revenue growth. These four new Board Directors have the experience to help AHAA accomplish its goals. Expósito-Ulla, Founder, Chairman and CEO at d expósito & Partners, is a Founding Board Member and former AHAA President and prior to founding her own agency, she was Chairman/CEO at Young & Rubicam/WPP’s The Bravo Group. Lee Vann, Partner & CSO at Captura Group, co-founded the Hispanic digital agency Captura Group in 2001 helping brands and organizations connect with Hispanics through digital channels. Sandra Alfaro, Managing Director at Wing, has worked at several prestigious Hispanic agencies including Conill, The Vidal Partnership and Lopez Negrete Communications. Gonzalo Del Fa, President at GroupM Multicultural plays a key role in all aspects of the multicultural media and marketing efforts initiated by all GroupM agencies: Maxus, MEC, Mediacom, Metavision, Mindshare and Team Arrow.
