Coca-Cola will spread joy in the Hispanic community during this Christmas, with the friendliness as the central theme. The initiative Haz a alguien feliz (Make someone happy), encourages people to celebrate this holiday season with small acts of generosity.We believe at Coca-Cola that Christmas is beyond material gifts” Alba Adamo, group director of Hispanic Marketing at Coca-Cola, said.To participate in this initiative, Coca-Cola invites people to publish a picture with an explanatory note on what their act of generosity will be or showing how an act of generosity made someone happy. Participants can upload their photos to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #HazAlguienFeliz. Social influencers in five Hispanic markets will hit the streets to stimulate discussion and encourage people to participate in this celebration.The campaign Haz a alguien feliz started on December, 6th during La hora de la felicidad, a 60-minute special segment in the show Sabado Gigante of Univisión. In the spirit of the holidays, people from across the nation are joining the campaign, including sports presenter Fernando Fiore, the promoter of women’s leadership Nely Galan and Latino social influencers Lance Rios and Camila Canabal. A digital video posted via Facebook and Twitter show these influencers capturing the joy, smiles and positive impact that small acts of generosity can have on people.
