Coca-Cola, the world’s largest beverage company, will celebrate the holidays with different accents and experiences. It is shining a light on “unsung heroes” who go the extra mile to make the holidays more special for people around them. The 30-second TV commercial, titled A Coke For Christmas shows a teen sharing bottles of ice-cold Coca-Cola with people working hard to brighten the season. Coca-Cola developed A Coke For Christmas with SRA Rushmore – Madrid.Since the 1930s “Coca-Cola has brought happiness and refreshment to the holiday season” said Melissa Palacios, Associate Brand Manager, Coca-Cola Trademark at Coca-Cola North America. “We’re embracing the spirit of unsung holiday heroes through our TV creative and through special packaging and our Holiday Caravan’s cross-country tour; we’ll touch millions of Coca-Cola fans and unsung heroes with heartwarming, uplifting experiences.” The brand is also encouraging teens across America to share their holiday photos showing the different ways they enjoy the holidays through a #WeSleigh social campaign.The company’s famous polar bears will be featured on holiday packaging of Coca-Cola, Coke Zero and Diet Coke, among others. Additionally, Coca-Cola’s iconic Santa Claus, by the artist Haddon Sundblom, will appear for a limited time on several coke containers, and for the 19th year, the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan will go to more than 25 cities across the country to spread holiday happiness.
