On the last day of the Festival of Media LatAm 2013, the winning ad campaigns will be presented from the Festival of Media Global 2013, which took place in Montreux, Switzerland, last April.The Best Social Media Campaign, Follow2Unfollow, created by the Starcom agency and the government of Puerto Rico, involves real prisoners who tweet the story of their lives from prison, as a strategy to discourage young people from ever joining a crime gang. Winner of the Public Service Award is The First Ever Potable Billboard by BPN for UTEC in Peru, a billboard that turns the humidity in the air into water for the local population.The conference will wrap with the Festival of Media LatAm Awards 2013, at which this years winners will receive their trophies.
