To celebrate the 40 years since the Cacique brand was created, the company joined forces with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, or HSF, to roll out its Food Truck initiative.The Food Trucks will offer Cacique products on the national tour celebrating the brands 40th anniversary, while at the same time collecting funds and donating 100 percent of them to the HSF. The effort will be directed by prizewinning chef and Food Network star Aaron Sanchez. “I’m excited to be part of this philanthropic campaign,” says Sanchez. “With my exclusive recipes and the fresh, authentic ingredients Cacique offers, we’re sure to raise much needed funds for HSF while celebrating Cacique’s 40th anniversary”.The national 40th Anniversary Food Truck Tour will take place September 25-27. The Food Trucks will make stops in Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and San Francisco.
