Avi Tuschman, Founder and CEO From Pinpoint Predictive, the San Francisco tech company that has pioneered psychometric advertising, gave his Psychometric Marketing and Advertising talk at the El Dorado Festival.He explained how Pinpoint’s data analysis engine uses automatic learning to transform behavioral data in individual personality models into predictive data. “Psychometry helps us know people deeply, understand their behavior patterns and predict what they will do in certain situations and because of certain impulses. This technology has been applied to other disciplines and now we are opening the door to marketing” he said. Pinpoint provides the only personalized psychometric audiences in the industry capable of optimizing advertising creativity through the use of unique data-based models. Before founding Pinpoint, Dr. Tuschman’s research was focused on hereditary personality traits. His 2013 book on the science of human personality has been hailed by top scientific writers in 22 countries and is currently being translated for a Chinese edition. Previously, Tuschman advised 18 heads of state in Washington D.C. and Latin America on how to influence public opinion. He has undergraduate and doctorate degrees in Anthropology Sciences from Stanford University.
