Karina Wilsher será la nueva COO global de Anomaly en enero de 2017
Anomaly announced the promotion of two of its “star talents”: Karina Wilsher and Franke Rodriguez, into newly created positions across its network, proving the agency’s fast expansion and continuous evolution. Wilsher, after 6 years as a Partner and CEO at Anomaly New York, will become Global COO effective January 1st 2017, reporting to Founding Partner & Global CEO Carl Johnson. While Rodriguez, who served 10 years with the company – 6 in New York and then 4 as Partner & CEO at Anomaly Toronto- will add the role of CEO Anomaly New York to his responsibilities. “These two are superb, proven Executives outstanding practitioners, inspirational leaders and fundamentally decent human beings – all of which matter a great deal to us” said Johnson. Johnson said that Wilsher will now focus on three key areas: being accountable for key global clients as they work with any and all of Anomaly’s six offices from LA to Shanghai; shaping the company’s global vision and execution of internal creation/production capabilities; and helping guide and support the Partners of Anomaly’s businesses in Amsterdam and London within an expanded vision for Europe. Rodriguez focus will be to simultaneously manage its evolution to a data-centric organization. Multi-office clients such as ABI, Converse, Diageo, Google, Hershey and YouTube now account for approximately 40% of Anomaly’s total revenue- a figure bolstered by this year’s addition of Beats in LA, London and Shanghai.
