Lizette Williams, líder de mercadeo multicultural en EE UU, conducirá el evento junto a Gilbert Dávila
The 17th annual ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference opens this Sunday at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. In the next two days, the main advertisers and marketing executives will gather to debate and acknowledge the best multicultural marketing practices. Companies such as Allstate, Dennys, Marriott, Stoli, Tecate, Verizon, Wells Fargo and Western Union will share experiences in discussion panels. The event will be hosted by Gilbert Dávila, Director of the ANAs Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Committee, and Lizette Williams, Multicultural Marketing Leader in the U.S. In the face of changes taking place in the American population, where 50% of new born children come from multicultural families, advertising paradigms are also changing. Multicultural millennials are setting standards and becoming networks influencers. The countrys diversity includes the LGBT consumers, who represent a great opportunity for many brands. Disabled peoples marketing is also increasing. In this scenario, many firms have chosen to establish an approach for total market capable of assessing and including the subtleties of the different groups. The debate will focus on this issue and in the organizations experiences for total market. They also will be addressing the main advertising industrys problems: ad blocking, digital fraud and the problems with ad viewing.
