For the campaign Spanish Lessons, ALMA took Bronze in the Online Campaigns category -Media & Entertainment in the Epica Awards 2016. “When we launched the second season of Narcos, the first thing we did was look at Twitter to see what fans were saying. Most were talking about the same thing: how Narcos was helping them learn Spanish. Since it is a multicultural agency, we immediately saw the opportunity to create Learn Spanish with Narcos” explains to PRODU Beatriz Torres, Associate Creative Director of the agency. She adds that Internet was asking for it. “We just created the content with the actors in the show, distributed it on social media and expected people to engage with it.” Fans’ interaction with the videos was a hit. One of them reached 7 million visits in an organic way. Fans wanted more videos so we had to make new content.
