Messianu hizo un llamado a todos los creativos que son invitados a participar como jurados en festivales, a juzgar con objetividad

Luis Miguel Messianu, chairman and CCO of ALMA was invited as a juror at the USH Idea Awards, recently conducted during the AHAA annual conference, in Miami.“I’m very pleased to be a juror yet again, as it’s a good way to measure what is going on in our market from the inside. We need to look inside and see what best represents the Hispanic market as an industry”, explained Messianu to PRODU. “To me, it is key we are highly aware of the need to step up our game, because the better the industry is, the better we are all individually,” he added.Messianu called for all the creative heads that become guest jurors at festivals, to judge objectively, thinking more as part of the industry than as individuals. “Too often, we the creative heads judging at festivals have hurt ourselves and the industry, as there are other agendas. As a juror, you need to see with through a filter in front of our eyes, as the winners from there somehow have repercussions on your own image and your judgment,” he stated.As for the creativity level in the market, Messianu was optimistic. “We are in the same league as Spain, Argentina, maybe a tier lower than Brazil, but at the same level as Mexico, Chile, Colombia, so I’d say we are basically doing really good,” he summed up.
