La directiva de AHAA festejó durante la conferencia anual
One of the major AHAA contributions to the industry is giving voice to agencies and unifying the Hispanic market, said Linda Lane González, Chairwoman of the organization. Talking to PRODU she explained that they are celebrating their 20th anniversary within the annual AHAA conference: The Future in focus, witnessing the industrys changes and reviewing the challenges they face as leaders of the Hispanic market. “20 years ago, we created the industry trying to bring together different agencies, media and clients. At the beginning they were mere industries across the country trying to do business in the Hispanic market without accurate data, coherent market research, or method. So after putting everyone in the industry together we created the Hispanic market. I feel this is a great contribution. Now we are a strong industry with our own voice and we must feel proud of what we are and accomplished” Lane said. For Lane “is amazing we are 20 years old, but more exciting is weve been and are witness of how our rich culture is changing the way each American lives, breathes, eats, listens to music, dances and simply live their lives. This twentieth conference is a sort of celebration of where we are in 2016 as a culture and as an industry, everyone together.” The 2016 conference edition has focus in the speed and reach of the changes in the marketing scenario.
