Vincent Sadusky to replace Randy Falco as CEO of Univision

Univision Communications Inc. has tapped media veteran Vincent Sadusky as CEO, succeeding Randy Falco, according to Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, MarketMatch and LA Times.

Univision declined to comment.

Sadusky brings years of experience in Spanish-language media. He serves on the board of Hemisphere Media Group. From November 2014 to January 2017, he served as president and CEO of Media General, Inc. Before he was president and CEO of LIN Media LLC until it merged with Media General, Inc. He previously worked at Telemundo for a decade, including as Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2004. Prior to joining Telemundo, he performed attestation and consulting services for seven years with Ernst & Young, LLC.
