NATPE’s 14th Annual Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award recipients are Susanne Daniels, Randy Falco, Eva Longoria, Josh Sapan, Dana Walden and Gary Newman.
They will receive the prestigious award at a special reception on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
“Each of this year’s inspiring honorees shares Brandon Tartikoff’s passion and vision for excellence in television. Dana, Gary, Susanne, Randy, Eva and Josh have each earned the respect of the industry and rightly deserve to have their achievements celebrated in Miami,” said Andy Kaplan, Chairman of the Board, NATPE.
The 2017 Tartikoff Legacy Award recipients are recognized for exhibiting their extraordinary passion, leadership, independence and vision through the process of creating compelling content.
“Susanne, Eva, Randy, Josh, Dana and Gary embody the creative brilliance and passion for the entertainment industry that Brandon held so sacred. It would have meant so much to Brandon that NATPE has insisted on keeping his memory and vision alive,” said Lilly Tartikoff.
Dana Walden and Gary Newman are the Chairmen and CEOs of FOX Television Group; Susanne Daniels is the Global Head of Original Content for YouTube; Randy Falco is president and CEO of Univision Communications Inc.; Josh Sapan is the president and CEO for AMC Networks Inc. and, Eva Longoria is a Golden Globe-nominated, Screen Actors Guild and ALMA Award-winning actress, director, producer and activist, and Desperate Housewives alum.
This year, the NATPE market conference will have a new look and theme – Be A Part of It– where top creatives and executives from across production, advertising, distribution, music and more gather for three full days of high-level deal-making, panels, networking, parties and meetups.
