Univision announced today that Club de Periodistas de Mexico (Mexicos Journalism Club) has honored its News division with two major international journalism awards.Univision News anchor Jorge Ramos was recognized with the International Journalism Award, in the Interview category, for the series Los presidenciables (Presidential hopefuls) regarding Mexicos 2012 presidential candidates.Univision News was also honored with the International Coverage Award for the teams reporting on the attacks at the Casino Royale in Monterrey.Univision News counts with some of the worlds most talented journalists, a team that is dedicated to investigative journalism and providing critical analysis of major stories, such as the attacks in Monterrey, said Isaac Lee, president of Univision News.
