Univision Communications names Laraine Mancini SVP of Finance and Head of Investor Relations

Univision Communications Inc. announced the appointment of Laraine “Rainey” Mancini as SVP of Finance and Head of Investor Relations, effective immediately. Mancini will be based in New York and report to Francisco López-Balboa, Chief Financial Officer. “Rainey is a seasoned professional and brings a wide-ranging skillset to Univision, from her hands-on investor relations and business development experience, to her nearly 10 years of practice as an equity research analyst covering the media industry”, said López-Balboa. Commenting on her appointment, Mancini said: “This is an extraordinary time to be joining Univision and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve in this role at one of America’s leading media organizations.” Mancini was previously VP of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and VP of Investor Relations at Time Warner Cable.
