La Desalmada finale positioned Univision as the No. 1 broadcast network at 10pm and overnight between Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. During the time it aired, La Desalmada was the highest-rated primetime novela / series on Spanish-language television among Adults 18-49.

The Monday night finale of La Desalmada was watched by 3.0 million Total Viewers 2+ and averaged 1.1 million Adults 18-49 and 293,000 Adults 18-34.

The final was the highest-rated broadcast during the time it was seen among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-34, in addition to ranking second among Adults 18-49.

La Desalmada positioned Univision as the first broadcast network (second in all television after ESPN) in the 10pm segment with more Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

The series was the No. 1 program on all television, regardless of language, during prime time with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34 Hispanics in the United States.

La Desalmada was the novela / series with the highest primetime ratings on Spanish-language television since 2020 among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers 2+.

The novela ranks among the two highest-rated primetime dramas of all television in the current season of 2021/2022, with Si Nos Dejan among Hispanic Adults 18-49 in the United States.
