The charming series La Familia Telerín is back with Cleo y Cuquín (52×7), a series in English, co-produced by Televisa and Ánima Kitchent. The production promises a renovated image in 3D. “There is great expectation among the generations that grew up with La familia Telerín to see it come to life in a new content for the international market”, comments Maca Rotter, executive director of Televisa Consumer Products. The new series is conceived in order to be able to travel to any territory and be able to convey universal values that have been characteristic of the series for 50 years, explained Rotter. The series is aimed at a 0 to 4 year old audience and will be an essential part of a transmedia content strategy: it already has 10 musical videoclips, an application, books and content for digital platforms. For Ánima Kitchent, Televisa is the best known partner to accompany them in the voyage to turn transmedia content into something innovative, full of potential. In each episode of Cleo y Cuquín there will be a situation that must be solved the best possible way a child can: through games and joy.Televisa Consumer Products, the Televisa division, is since last April, the License Agent for La Familia Telerín in Mexico.
