Eduardo Clemesha, Formats and New Contents VP at Televisa, was very happy to comment that the debut of the program made by his division –entirely created and produced in Mexico— Reto 4 Elementos, was #1 of all national TV in Mexico, even above the launch of Exatlón on Azteca 7 at its time.
The debut was leader among the Mexican audience on Monday 19 from 8 to 10pm on Canal 5, according to Nielsen IBOPE Mexico.
It is a program “proudly made in Mexico, an original format. Normally, these adventure formats are made in Central America and this is the first one in Mexico,” pointed out the executive.
The program reached 943.4 thousand Adults 19-44 and 3 million Total TV Viewers (P4+), positioning itself in the first place in its two hours of broadcast.
Por Amar Sin Ley from Las Estrellas came in second place of the primetime schedule. It reached 759.7 thousand Adults 19-44 and 2.7 million Total TV Viewers (P4+).
The Televisa reality exceed the figures achieve by the launch of Azteca 7´s Exatlón México, which reached 580 thousand Adults 19-44 y 1,8 million Total TV Viewers (P4+) in its first delivery in October last year.
In Reto 4 Elementos, 32 celebrities will try to dominate the elements: air, fire, water and earth, but only one will be named master of the 4 elements.
