Showcasing a first-class cast and a classic love story that never goes out of style, Café con Aroma de Mujer will captivate new and old audiences from beginning to end,” said Ronald Day, president of Entertainment and Content Strategy at Telemundo.
A RCN Televisión production, inspired by the original story from Fernando Gaitán, author of international hit Yo Soy Betty, la Fea (Ugly Betty), Café con Aroma de Mujer was written by Adriana Suárez, Javier Giraldo & Paola Cazares and is being filmed in Colombia and New York City.
“This is one of the most important projects from RCN Televisión in 2021. The new version maintains the essence from the original story written by Fernando Gaitán, while it also incorporates modern-day elements that will make it even more exciting to watch,” said Juan Pablo Posada, VP of Content, RCN Televisión.
