Telefe gets ready to produce for Viacom brands worldwide

Telefe, now a Viacom company, preparers to produce for the brands of its new owners, not only in the South Cone, but worldwide.

Darío Turovelzky, Global Contents director at Telefe, pointed out that there are several projects in development and that recently the referents in each Paramount, Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon territory were in Buenos Aires to know how they work at Telefe the projects that the Argentinean channel has on air and the developments they are carrying out.

The people responsible for infrastructure and technology at Viacom also visited Buenos Aires. “And this is also an asset we gained: equipment, licenses, experience in the handling of Viacom’s social networks that will be a great contribution to produce efficiently at a global scale,” said Guillermo Campanini, general director of Operations.

It is important to mention that Turovelzky and Campanini are co-leaders of Telefe. “We are two heads thinking about the business: on one hand, watching over audiences and content, and on the other, advertisers and income,” explained the executives.
