Stingray announced that it has acquired the Festival 4K television channel, which will become the first international 4K Ultra HD channel with worldwide availability.Launched in April 2015, Festival 4K has more than 7 million subscribers currently under contract. Its programming includes hundreds of hours of shows, concerts, theatre productions and events recorded live.
