After making the first version of MasterChef Colombia (60×60′), an Endemol Shine Group format, adapted by Shine Latino and 2&2 Producciones for RCN, the Colombian channel authorized to start the production of MasterChef Junior (60×60′) that will be aired in the middle of 2015.Cristina Palacio, producer of Shine Latino, spoke to PRODU about the responsibility they have when making the junior version of one of the most successful cooking realities. MasterChef Colombia, was a complete success, everybody was talking about the program. Now, expectations are even greater and we want to live up to them.I am delighted with the program and with the children that have shown up, we didn’t imagine that children in Colombia cooked so well, added the executive.MasterChef Junior is already in the selection stage, traveling to the main Colombian cities, making the necessary gastronomical evaluations so that only 18 children remain, who will fight to be the first winner of this format in Colombia.
