The extreme sports channel PX Sports announced its recent alliances with Mediapro to produce original content and with Ubeat to broadcast sports and entertainment content. Plus an increase in audience was triggered by its recent TerraInferno competition event.

“2022 was a very successful year for PX Sports with a 25% increase in distribution. We launched in different systems such as Telecentro in Argentina and Dish Mexico. In addition, we closed the year with production alliances with Mediapro and content with Ubeat, entering the world of gaming, since the trend is directed towards that,” said Óscar Mercado, Director of Operations, PX Sports.

The agreement with Ubeat began with the recent TerraInferno competition, after which PX Sports gained a greater audience penetration, reaching new viewers and increasing its distribution on pay TV.

TerraInferno, the Hard Enduro race, took place in December in the Dominican Republic and featured a deployment of 15 cameras and a crew of 50, with a route designed by Travis Pastrana.
