Media Vista Group has named Spanish television and Hispanic marketing veteran Antonio J. Guernica to the newly created position of Station Group manager with responsibility for Univision, UniMás and Azteca America in the Ft. Myers-Naples market including the DLatinos show now in its 13th year of continuous local broadcast as well as for Univision Minneapolis and Kansas City and their digital properties. Guernica led the group that brought Spanish television to Washington, DC; guided Univision Chicago through its conversion from an English independent to an Univision O&O and directed Univision Orlandos transition from an LPTV to a full power station. In each instance, he shaped and revitalized the Local Sales force and directed the launch of Local News service. Im very excited to join Orlando and Mayela Rosales and the entire Media Vista team.
