Maxi Paglia new senior Content director of Univision Puerto Rico

Univision Puerto Rico announced the appointment of Maxi Paglia to the position of senior content director. In this role, he will be responsible for setting the local programming content strategy according to market needs and trends, working closely with Local Programming, Operations and Continuity director Ilia Arroyo, who was also appointed recently. Prior to joining Univision Puerto Rico, Paglia was employed as Production VP at SBS Puerto Rico. He was general producer for programs such as Lo Sé Todo, SuperXclusivo, Anda Pal Cará, Qué Suerte con Héctor Marcano and El Súper Show con Héctor Marcano, among others. Maxi is an innovative and proven professional, with vast experience in the television industry. We are very pleased to have him on our team and are confident that his experience will translate into a quality product for our viewers. We have high expectations and confidence in the job that he will do with our local programming alongside the experienced Ilia and the entire programming team, said Jaime Bauzá, senior vice president and general manager of Univision Puerto Rico.
