Leonardo Padrón Televisa
The Venezuelan writer and journalist Leonardo Padrón said through his Instagram account that he is returning to television, but this time he has the commitment to write a story for the screen of Televisa, in his opinion Mexico´s most important television channel and the main producer of dramatic content in Spanish.
“I am writing a story which I am thrilled over, together with the people of W Studios, talented people who are very clear about the need to generate innovative, modern stories that have a twenty-first-century scent. All of this together with Lemon Studios, which has proven more than enough the magnificent level of their productions. The project is already on track and enthusiasm is collective. I missed the adrenaline of conceiving stories in an audiovisual format for millions of viewers. I already had the opportunity to attend the first casting session and, as it should be, the criteria of having the best possible actors prevails. I will continue telling you more along the way.”
Likewise, he showed an image of the Televisa facilities, the main street that leads to the studios and production offices of the huge communicational conglomerate. “It is moving to discover that the street has the name of a man who has marked, through his characters, the imaginary world of several generations of Latin American TV viewers: Roberto Gómez Bolaños, best known as Chespirito, the creative mind of El Chavo del Ocho and El Chapulín Colorado”.
