At Andina Link 2023 Latin Entertainment Group (LEG), in addition to offering its portfolio of channels for satellite and IP TV, presented MAX, its multi-channel artificial intelligence system. “More than a normal receiver, it is an artificial intelligence capable of informing us of the operating status in real-time and that advises solutions to solve problems that the user is not even aware of yet,” explained Gilberto Sandoval, Director of Technical Support, LEG.

The MAX multi-channel receiver already existed with its traditional functions, but MAX+ is a 4.7 update. According to the American company, it manages to detect any malfunction and immediately inform the operator, something that previously was only possible if the client reported it.

“We often listen to clients say they don’t contract Internet channels because the signal fails a lot. With MAX+ we don’t have that problem. We incorporated an ultra cache of up to three days and now with our AI, the receiver warns us of any problem in real-time in order to solve problems in advance,” added Sandoval.

He pointed out that this is a solution that responds to the moment in which we live, “a new digital and artificial intelligence era where it is necessary to create a revolutionary operating environment to provide the best service.”
