BB developed a study on recently launched platforms, including Disney+’s AVOD as the best bet in the streaming market. This advertising-based streaming service is currently only available in the US, and it is expected to be launched globally in the upcoming months.
Regarding Latin America, the report reflected the KidsBeeTV Spanish application, launched at the end of December in the region. It’s a version in Spanish for children up to 8 years old, available for all of Latin America, the US Hispanic and the US in general. The platform has more than 1,500 children’s videos and series in Spanish, with more content being added each month.
KidsBeeTV’s business model is FVOD (Free Video On Demand), where users can enjoy the content completely free of charge, and advertising both on the website and with the content are its main source of income.
