¡HOLA! TV: This year the challenges are to begin advertising sales, increase distribution by 40%, and raise original production by 15%

This 2015, the ¡Hola! TV signal will increase by 15% the number of hours of original production they produce annually; it will raise its distribution by 40%, and will also venture into the field of advertising sales. “We are seeing the beginning of the commercialization of advertising sales efforts of the paid TV signal. We are going to create the department of advertising sales and it is one of the challenges this year poses, as it is to increase the distribution by 40% and by 15% the number of original hours,” told Ignacio Sanz, CEO and general manager of the paid TV channel to PRODU. There was a positive balance in 2014 for the relatively new channel that closed with 8 million subscribers, “which is a great achievement for an independent channel,” remarked Sanz.He indicated that among the new programs that will make their debut this year are ¡HOLA! Fashion and Conexiones, that are programs with more permanence on the screen. “We are working towards creating more evergreen content,” he stated.
