According to HBO Latin America, Argentina still has enormous potential to reach increasingly more people, through multiple forms of access.

“There are still several million homes that haven’t yet been digitalized, which is essential for the growth of premium TV. It is important for the local industry to continue evolving together with digitalization and development of infrastructure to help more and more people to have access to unique content like HBO’s. In this sense, it is important to have a robust accessibility offer, such as the one we have at HBO, to give consumers the option of enjoying content as he prefers,” expressed Javier Figueras, Corporate VP of Affiliate Sales, HBO Latin America.

Regarding original production in that market, he confirmed the production of the second season of El Jardín de Bronce, made by Pol-ka, starring Joaquín Furriel.

“Our continuous priority is to always take the best content locally. We realize that Argentina is full of opportunities, both for generating greater access to content and for creating it locally with big stories and talent,” he ended.
