Galavisión continues leading Spanish-language cable networks in th US

Galavisión announced that it continues to be a leader among Spanish-language cable networks in Spanish-language Primetime (M-Sun 7pm-11pm) and Total Day (M-Sun 7am-2am), doubling the audience of other Spanish-language cable competitors between Total Hispanic Viewers 2+ and Hispanic Adults 18-49 during second quarter 2010. From Monday through Sunday, 7-11pm, Galavisión registered 141,000 Total Hispanic Viewers 2+, followed by Discovery en Español with 79,000, and in Total Day (Monday through Sunday 7am to 2am) 110,000 Total Hispanic Viewers 2+, followed by Discovery en Español with 40,000, according to data from Nielsen.“We are deeply committed to identifying diverse program offerings across various day-parts in an effort to deliver the best content available on Spanish-language cable today,” says Sebastián Trujillo, SVP and Operating Manager from Galavisión.
