FOXTelecolombia: Main executives have lowered their salaries

Samuel Duque D., president of FOXTelecolombia and Estudios TeleMéxico, from his home in Mexico, spoke on #PRODUprimetime with Ríchard Izarra about the current moment in the industry, which he defines as difficult but special, with opportunities and challenges, when it is necessary to be very focused and work hard.
“We are working jointly with Colombia and Mexico to integrate the operation and policies of the two countries, seeking to align the parameters of protection to start productions as soon as we are allowed,” comments Duque.
“We are finding ways to transition the projects that were underway, the ones that were about to start, and the design of new projects, something that keeps us entertained, working more hours than normal” he adds.
The executive also mentioned the governments of Colombia and Mexico as “new players” thanks to their incentives, which can allow linking new players, advertisers, and agencies to the new business models. “We are committed to the entire personnel. Main executives of the company have lowered their salaries, allowing to extend the time a bit more and to have our breath to overcome this moment the industry is going through” concluded Duque.
