For Manuel Miguez, executive Sales director for FOX Networks Group, Latin America and US Hispanic, Latin America has become a key market for Turkish drama.

He states that the demand for Turkish content is increasing globally and Latin America is no exception. “In this market we are very happy to have launched three new Turkish series: Lodestar, Forever Bound and Warriors”.

After having the first screening of Turkish content during the LA Screenings, the idea is to “now see the interest in turning this into a business that can be consolidated” he pointed out.

Due to the increase in the demand for content, “we have plans to increase the team. We are going to hire sales managers, both in Brazil and in Mexico to be able to advance and offer our clients a better service”.

Additionally, they also have Latin American productions that are in cable, such as Llámame Bruna from Brazil. “We recently launched a series that came from our channels, called Run Coyote Run”.
