One of the attendees at the NATPE Global farewell cocktail organized by ProColombia, held in Brickell, was Juan Carlos Sánchez from Family Playland, a content platform for the family with headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
“We are seeking content available for Hispanics in the US. We had good negotiations here in Natpe with some of the sellers and studios that came to the market,” said Sánchez, director of the company focused on content for kids between four and twelve years.
He assures that there is a lot of demand in the US Latin market. “Many opportunities are developing at the Latin level since there are the traditional platforms and the small ones like us, all looking for content.”
In this panorama, new players stand out in the market; on the one hand, television brands have their platforms, and on the other, digital content creators can offer what they do. “If the content is good, there is a good narrative, a good production, good scripts, good animation, then everything else flows,” he concluded.
