Duprat joined EWTN more than 15 years ago
EWTN Global Catholic Network announced that Enrique Duprat has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice president of Spanish Language Production and Marketing. Duprat joined EWTN more than 15 years ago, having worked as a creative director at top advertising agencies in Latin America and the United States. Enrique has been instrumental in the success of EWTN Español and EWTN El Canal Católico, EWTNs 24-hour Spanish-language television services in the U.S., Latin America, and Spain, said EWTN Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Michael P. Warsaw. He is a talented executive who will continue to expand the presence of EWTN in Hispanic markets around the world. Duprat believes the creation of this position is a testament to the importance of Hispanic Catholics in the U.S. and the world. More than 50 percent of the Catholics in the U.S. are Hispanic, he said. They are the future of the Catholic Church in the United States.
