ESPN Dallas announces North Texas Chevy Dealers Copa ESPN 2013
ESPN Dallas announced that it will host its fifth annual youth soccer tournament –North Texas Chevy Dealers Copa ESPN 2013 on April 19, 20 and 21 at McInnish Soccer Complex in Carrollton, Texas.Copa ESPN will be played over three days, with more than 12,000 players and spectators expected over the weekend.Copa ESPN will again feature the areas best recreational teams chosen through an open application process. The invitation-only Copa ESPN 2013 will consist of 88 teams in seven age categories (U8, 10, 12, 14, and 16). This year event will introduce 2 female-only divisions, U12 and U14.This year the male U14 division champions will head to Orlando, Florida for the Disney Cup International which will take place from July 15th to the 20th.ESPN Dallas will promote the event on ESPN Dallas 103.3, ESPN Deportes Dallas 1540am and {ESPNDallas.com}. Its a great way for ESPN Dallas to be an active contributor in our community in three languages, said Pete Dits, ESPN Dallas VP & general manager. ESPN DeportesJorge Ramos and David Faitelson are expected to attend the three-day event.
