FOX Deportes elevated Enrique Lozano and Richard Briant to new positions in the network’s Production Department. Together, both will oversee the on-air product of the nation that last year celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Lozano now serves as executive director of Production at FOX Deportes and will overview the workflow of the Production Department as managing the network’s producers and directors. He will manage the day-to-day efforts of the department including on-air, financial, technical, and logistical requirements. Lozano will also focus on the network’s on-air programming, both current and future, and assure that the network continues to meet the high standards of the FOX Sports brand.
Briant, who is his second stint with FOX and boasts over 20 years of broadcast experience, was named executive director, Operations and Production Technical Services. Briant will now manage the day-to-day technical and field operations for FOX Deportes and oversee studio production and post-production at the network’s Los Angeles facility.
He will manage a team of 120 broadcast personnel that produces the daily programming for FOX Deportes as well as select programming for FS1 and FS2 done out of the network’s studios.
Together Lozano and Briant will manage the productions of the network’s premier sports property lineup including Liga MX, Major League Baseball (including the World Series), National Football League (including Super Bowl LIX), world championship boxing, NASCAR, Central American Soccer, College Football and more.
