Endemol Shine Latino brings new Hispanic programming to the US including MasterChef Latino

Endemol Shine Latino, a division of Endemol Shine North America, brings new Hispanic programming for the US to the LA Screenings, including the first edition of the successful format MasterChef in Spanish for the North American market, announced Laurens Drillich, President of Endemol Shine Latino.

Along MasterChef Latino, that will have its debut on Telemundo, Endemol Shine Latino is launching ¡Mira Quién Baila!, conducted by Chiquinquirá Delgado —sold in more than 13 countries—, Tu Cara Me Suena with Univision —sold to 39 countries— and the awaited fiction series El Ganador with Nicky Jam on Telemundo, produced together with Boomdog and directed by the awarded Jessy Terrero. They are also producing the digital reality series Loves Clicks 24/7 for Telemundo.com and the second season of El Vato for Universo.

“2017 is proving to be a very exciting year for Endemol Shine Latino, since we are producing original contents for the Hispanic market in the US in a way that had never been done before,” said Drillich. “We are very proud to present this volumen of series, both in so many different genres and we have a lot to celebrate in Brazil and also throughout Latin America.”

Additonally, Endemol Shine and Major TV recently purchased the TV rights of A Selena Con Amor, by Chris Pérez, successful book that narrates the Latina superstar´s love story through the eyes of her husband. They will adapt the book both for anglosaxon and Hispanic audiences, together with Blue Mariachi, Pérez and the producer Carlito Miranda.
