Donald Trump and Univision Communications Inc. settled their litigation

Donald Trump, the former owner of the Miss Universe Organization, and Univision Communications Inc. (UCI), announced that they have settled their litigation arising from Univision’s decision not to broadcast the Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants. The terms of the settlement are confidential. Reached on the campaign trail, Donald J. Trump said he was pleased that the parties were able to amicably resolve their differences after months of litigation. I have known Univision’s President and CEO, Randy Falco, for more than 20 years and I’m glad we are able to put these differences behind us. Randy Falco stated I have known Donald Trump for many years in both a personal and professional capacity and we are pleased to settle this matter and move forward.
