As Smithsonian Channel continues to expand internationally, with launches already in Canada and Singapore, curious minds in Latin America can look forward to the channel launching on DIRECTV in Latin America (Channel 1747).
Smithsonian Channel will feature its renowned, award-winning original content across a wide range of historical, scientific and cultural topics, all in high definition. The channel will also be providing 4K programming for DIRECTV and will be available on the Oro HD package in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and the non-US Caribbean.
