Comcast’s Central Division focuses on promoting their MultiLatino packages

The main objective of Lucía Rodríguez, senior director of Hispanic Product Marketing in Comcast’s Central Division, is to present Comcast’s MultiLatino packages in markets that have yet to hear about them. South Florida and Chicago have already adopted them.“Our focus this year is to communicate the benefits of the MultiLatino packages, which include more than 60 Hispanic channels” Rodríguez commented to PRODU. “The package yields a wide bandwidth and allows us to offer more channels in Spanish, more international and in HD”.Rodríguez also referred to the recent opening of the Center of Excellence of Attention in Spanish located in Miramar, Florida, where they process all calls received in Spanish at the national level. She also emphasized the association between Comcast and Verizon to add mobile service for their clients under one roof. The partnership is already operating in Seattle and Portland.
