María Celeste Arrarás, who leads the documentary series CNN Docufilms (8pm), and Mario Kreutzberger, “Don Francisco”, with the second season of his show Don Francisco: Reflexiones (9pm), will be joining the Sunday programming block Domingo de Gigantes that CNN en Español announced at its Virtual Upfront 2021.
This new programming completes their Sundays’ block that already includes En Diálogo con Longobardi, with Marcelo Longobardi; Oppenheimer Presenta, with Andrés Oppenheimer, and the Mirador Mundial newscast, with Rafael Romo. With this, the network reinvents the sponsorship of the news and offers its business partners a unique opportunity for 360º television and digital sales on all its platforms.

Jeff Zucker, president of WarnerMedia News and Sports and president of CNN Worldwide, opened the Upfront, and highlighted that this year CNN reached its 44th anniversary and that CNN en Español already reaches 60 million homes in the Americas and 22 million in the US alone, he also cited that the platform registers 143 million unique visitors.
