Telemundo announced that its popular court show Caso cerrado is set to premiere a primetime special series in high definition called Caso cerrado edición estelar. From its new set, the season will premiere on September 29th at 7pm.In its 4pm time slot, Caso cerrado is the #1 program on Spanish-language television among Persons 2+ for 10 consecutive weeks and among Adults 18-49 during the week of September 6.During the week of September 6, 2010, Caso cerrado delivered an average of 632,000 viewers among Adults 18-49, outperforming Univisións El gordo y la flaca by +7% (592,000) and TeleFuturas Duelo de pasiones by +345% (142,000) in the demographic.The program delivered more total viewers (Persons 2+) than El gordo y la flaca for 10 consecutive weeks. During the week of September 6, Caso cerrado averaged 1,466,000 total viewers, outnumbering El gordo y la flacas by 25% (1,175,000).
