BTF Media: Hasta Que Te Conocí is shot 95% in locations and will include a special participation by Juan Gabriel

During the last shooting phase of the series Hasta Que Te Conocí (13×60’) from Somos Distribution, PRODU spoke with Francisco Cordero, CEO of BTF Media, production company in charge of the project in alliance with Disney Media and Somos Distribution. He mentioned that the story is shot 95% in locations and will cover six decades of the Mexican singer-songwriter Juan Gabriel’s life. He will take part in one episode narrating his life in his own words. “We began developing the series two years ago with interviews to Juan Gabriel, who received us at his home and personally told us about his life. We carried out a research process and from there we developed all the scripts, covering six decades, since his parents met, until the climax of his career. All the series is shot in four States of the Mexican Republic, 95% in locations”, he mentioned. He announced that it is 100% recreation, but will include the singer´s participation in one of the episodes, “in which there will be a 90-minute documentary-style program that will allow us to show the material we shot at his house”. To end, he said that this production has the highest quality standards, using technology like 4K, asn will also involve the audience through platforms like social networks.
