Benjamín Salinas´ innovation and leadership will be decisive

Ricardo Salinas Pliego, founder, and president of Grupo Salinas, announced the promotion of his son Benjamín Salinas from general director of TV Azteca to VP of the Administrative Board of Grupo Salinas, through several tweets.

“I am confident his capacity for innovation, leadership, and experience will be decisive to build a better future for everyone,” wrote Salinas Pliego in Twitter, to which Benjamín Salinas answered: “Thanks for the trust, dad. At TV Azteca we managed to make big changes to create a great company in which everyone today wants to work.”

Salinas Pliego continued with an emotional thread on the platform, with a picture in which Benjamín Salinas is around 12 years old: “I share with you this picture of a few years ago. In my head it seems as if it was yesterday, and look at where we are now, son, how fast life goes by”.
