Felipe Hoyos, director of Sports Programming at beIN SPORTS speaks about the expansion of studio shows like The Locker Room, on the channel in Spanish.”This new season we are planning on expanding our soccer programming, specially to cater to our audience in the channel in Spanish. We have extended The Locker Room to five days a week. It is a one-hour show aired from Monday to Friday at 10pm,” he explains.Hoyos highlighted the team of talents that comprises The Locker Room. “Our journalists have been in the market for many years, they have the knowledge of our leagues. Ana Cobo, who came from Spain to work with us, found a space in the comments and opinions of our leagues and together with her, we have first-rate journalists like Eduardo Biscayart, Alejandro Farffann, Carlos Suárez and Jorge Ottati” he commented.The executive also mentioned other studio shows of the channel in Spanish, such The Express and The Extra. He mentioned that one of beIN SPORTS greatests values are live games “where people come more often to see us and it is where we best serve our audience with products like LaLiga, France Ligue 1, La Serie A and South American qualifying matches to the World Cup.”He also talked about one of their most recent properties, motorcycle racing with programming on MotoGP and Super Bike from Moto America. Additionally, they added the rights to air games from the North American Soccer League (NASL) to cater to the US audience.
