Azteca Station Group expands partnership with Cardenas Marketing Network for a series of concerts in five markets

The Azteca Station Group announced that it has expanded its partnership with Cardenas Marketing Network (CMN). Azteca America will serve as the presenting sponsor and official television station for a series of upcoming concerts in Los Angeles, San Francisco-San Jose, Las Vegas, Houston, and Dallas. “Earlier this year we announced our first agreement with CMN, serving as the official presenting sponsor and television partner for Juan Gabriel’s Dallas show. Based on the success of that activation and the positive results generated for local advertisers, it only seems natural to expand these unique and valuable marketing opportunities to additional markets”, said Enrique Pérez, EVP of Azteca America Station Group. Through this alliance with CMN, Azteca is creating new concert sponsorships for local brands and marketers. “Our collaboration with Azteca Dallas on the Juan Gabriel concert exceeded all of our expectations. The local advertisers have seen the value in signing on as a participating sponsor and recognize that these opportunities connect the concert goers and fans to their brands and products”, added Henry Cárdenas, president and CEO of CMN. The sponsorships will be activated for the following concerts: Juan Gabriel at The Forum in Los Angeles, September 11th; Juan Gabriel at the Mandalay Bay Arena in Las Vegas, September 13th; Juan Gabriel at the Toyota Center in Houston, November 13th, Juan Gabriel at the SAP Center in San Jose, November 25th; and, Marc Anthony & Carlos Vives at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, October 15th.
