La Isla, El Reality, based on the Caracol TV format’s Desafío, returns to Azteca America and this time the battle to win will be harder-fought than ever before. La Isla premieres August 31 at 8pm/7pm C on Azteca America.La Isla, El Reality is a reality show airing Monday through Thursday in which contestants celebrities and non-celebrities alike, take part in an adventure in order to win a valuable prize. To do so, they must survive strenuous tests, learn to get along in a remote place, and overcome harsh weather conditions.This new season of La Isla, El Reality 2015 will be more intense than ever before since an additional six contestants will participate, bringing the total to 24 warriors (12 celebrities and 12 non-celebrities) who will be pushed to their limits as they compete for less food, less water, and an increased desire to be the only winner.This season of La Isla, El Reality will take place in Cayo Cochinos, two small islands off the northern coast of Honduras, a marine protected area with a wide diversity of plant and animal life.Celebrities who will venture into this idyllic island include actors Jorge Alberti, Ana La Salvia, Carolina Miranda, María Fernanda Quiroz, and Jorge Luis Vázquez; soccer player Sergio Bernal; singers Karla Díaz and Verónica de la Garza; bullfighter Xavier Ocampo; professional wrestler Intocable; DJ Marisol Grajales; and entrepreneur Pepe Díaz.Challenging these celebrities will be Claudia Álvarez, Alonso Cabrera, Daniela Buendía, Jorge Falcón, Carolina Rodríguez, José Antonio Ferreira, Deborah Portela, Roberto Pérez, Laura Chapital, Jorge Lyle, Stefanía Ebergengyi, and Emilio Tassia.The host is Alejandro Lukini.
