Mar Martinez de Atresmedia
Atresmedia Internacional launched its fourth signal for the region: Atrescine, and joins ¡HOLA! TV, Atreseries and Antena 3 Internacional.
Mar Martínez, director of Atresmedia Internacional, pointed out that the channel is going to have the best of Spanish cinema to US Hispanic and Latin America.
“It is going to be available as of March 1st, with a very interesting film catalogue in an agreement with Video Mercury, a great producer and distributor of Spanish cinema, that offers access to a catalog of 7 thousand titles and that is going to make it a great channel, a very interesting one for viewers,” expressed Martínez.
She highlighted that there is no other channel like this one. “There are film channels in Spanish, and some have Spanish films, but none have 100% Spanish films, none. We are always trying to make channels that have some exclusive bonus.”
María José Revaldería, general manager of MIS Películas and of Video Mercury, said: “With the unión with Atresmedia, we become a global benchmark of Spanish cinema.”
